Delta Suites is a modern mixed-use building located in the heart of Durgapur’s bustling commercial center. Situated on a prime corner site, the building features dual facades: one facing the main road and the other overlooking lush gardens. The ground floor houses a TANISHQ jewelry flagship store, while the upper floors, originally designed as offices, have been transformed into the luxurious Delta Suites hotel and the Skydine rooftop restaurant. The design met the unique challenge of converting office space into a boutique hotel, adding 26 elegant suites above the retail level. The terrace now holds the Skydine restaurant, where extensive daylight studies shaped a naturally lit dining space with insulated glass to minimize heat gain.

Delta Suites showcases distinctive architectural details and side landscaping that enhance its visual appeal. The exterior is clad in sleek white metal panels, creating a striking contemporary look. The facades, featuring multiple glazing systems and carefully placed openings with insulated e-glass, significantly reduce cooling costs.
